למד באקדמיה בירושלים ובמסלול ללימודי ג'אז בקונסרבטוריון שטריקר.
שירת כמוזיקאי מצטיין בצה"ל.

כקלידן וגיטריסט, עבד ועובד היום עם אמנים רבים ביניהם -
Benjamin's Brother, Rodanz, Parts, האולטראס, עומר אדם, היהודים, אריק סיני, עידן יניב, מיטל מיכאלי, נועם פנחסוב, אסף אברבוך, רועי גור, ועוד.
בין עבודותיו כמנהל מוזיקלי בתיאטרון - 'ימים רגילים', 'חמש השנים האחרונות' (תיאטרון הקאמרי), 'אבניו קיו' (הפקה פרטית), 'אל אוון הנסן', 'מלצרית' (המסלול למחזות זמר), 'עברייה' (בית צבי), 'סוליקא' (חג המחזמר בת ים).
ניגן וניצח במחזות הזמר 'אנני' (מאור מימון), 'פשוט לאהוב' (תיאטרון הקאמרי), עובד בשביל שניים' (בית לסין), 'שרוליק' (צוותא), "תיאורמה" (תיאטרון הקוביה).
עבד כפסנתרן אודישנים בתיאטרון הקאמרי ובתכנית הטלוויזיה 'דה ווייס'
ארנון הוא חלק מצוות ההוראה ב'מסלול לתיאטרון ומחזות זמר' של עיריית תל אביב, בהנהלת עידן ליפר.

Worked as a Musical Director at top Israeli musical theater productions, among them the famous Broadway plays - "Ordinary Days", "The Last 5 Years", "Avenue Q", "Dear Evan Hansen", "Waitress".
Worked as a Pianist / Guitarist / Conductor at the Shows "Annie", "One Man Two Governors", "Simply Love", and played with major Israeli artists.
Worked as auditions pianist in famous singing reality show "The Voice"
Arnon teaches musical theater vocal performance at few of the leading acting schools in israel.
